There's not enough space to put how awesome it was and is, to work with Lynell. She has a wonderful personality and a kind spirit. She was with me every step of the process and I'm very thankful that she was. There were questions she asked the seller, that I had not thought of and probably would have never known if she hadn't spoken up for me. If you think communication stops after the sell, you are sadly mistaken. She's still giving me advice and helping me make this house feel like home. Lynell was very professional and a true advocate for us, the client. There was constant comunication between all parties (builders,lender, etc...) which lessened the opportunity for error. I have bought and sold through Lynelle for over a decade as well as referred her to family and friends. She always out performs in all aspects of the process.
